  I’m giving two stars for the food being good - but let me explain. We ordered a ‘dippin’ box to try along with a 9pc bucket. My wife went in and grabbed the order. Not only was staff ignoring her for the first few minutes, they also handed her two paper bags. My wife explained that we were taking the order for friends and requested the food be put in the box that it is MEANT to be in. (As advertised on the app, as well as posters on the window). The workers proceeded to tell her that they put it in bags so it was easier for her to carry. My wife thanked them but again explained we are taking them for friends and needed the box. They proceeded to mumble and then just said oh it’s already packed up now. She left with the food. OK fine. We get home, not only are 2/4 dips missing but so are 2 pieces of chicken from the bucket.. please be serious. TLDR; Employees please do your job as you are meant to. If it’s advertised in a box.. PUT IT IN THE BOX!!!! Stop mumbling towards customers! BE CAREFUL PACKING ORDERS, especially ones over 60$+?? I highly recommend double, triple checking your orders if you go here. The food we DID have in the bag was good. Thanks for half the meal.

  Been good most times visiting. Recently last few times I went the chicken is not cooked its tuff to bite and seems under cooked . No more for me .

  After the renovations the overall look and atmosphere of the restaurant is much better, but their food is not very consistent. Often their chicken will be too soggy or just completely dry from past experience. Sometimes their poutine will taste different. Overall not very consistent at all.

  I went to food for supper. Newly renovated restaurant. 3 keys for self-serving only and one till to pay with cash. The self-serving kiosks are not user-friendly for a first time user. Menu items are not easily located it took quite a while to place an order. The modifications for the meals are not all available, for example, there is no option for light mayo on a sandwich, so I had to talk to a teller afterwards regardless which I feel defeats the point. They have Zinger drip sandwiches, which are chicken sandwiches with sauce on them. I asked for a different sauce which they said they could not do because it was not an official menu item. I understand but it is not a menu item and I also understand that to toss a chicken patty in a different sauce would take less than a minute. Not all drink options are available at the self-serve kiosks, I again had to talk to a worker to have my drinks altered. Not all chicken meals, such as popcorn chicken or chicken strips come with a sauce other than ketchup and they cost extra. I ended up spending about $70, so I would feel throwing in a 30 Cent sauce package is reasonable. They are a chicken restaurant so I feel this is unsatisfactory. Even a McDonald's four-piece Happy Meal comes with one sauce other than ketchup. Not all items were corrected after ordering so I was left feeling pretty disappointed. The temperature of the food once I received it was adequate but not as hot or fresh as I would have thought it to be. The store was clean on the inside at a glance. There was two other customers in the store at this time. I will not be a returning customer

  I have never seen a more incompetent team in my life, after i ordered my food i waited 45 mins to get it, for a 25 dollar order... The whole time all the employees are scrambling and all over the place and there was only 3 people in the restaurant, when i finally got the order i asked the guy if everything was in the bag and he said yes... I go home and of course im missing 2 items and they didnt even offer to deliver my missing items when i called them, also the chicken was wrong, they didnt give me extra crispy chicken i asked for, over all a horrible experience
