  I ordered online from kfc Canada website for pick up. I get to the store, paid for my order, and was given not the right items. Good thing I checked before leaving the store and found that they put original chicken instead of the crispy chicken I ordered. Then I was told they were out of crispy chicken. Maybe read my order first before taking my money? Because I could’ve cancelled it and ordered from another store. Also it clearly says on the receipt that I ordered a chimichuri sauce and it wasn’t there. When I asked for it, they had no idea what it was or if it even existed. And then they literally just stood there and said nothing, no customer service whatsoever. They didn’t try to correct their mistake or compensate for it. They obviously don’t care about their customers and the quality of service they provide.

  Excessive wait time .. missing items..rude staff .. they won’t even deserve 1 star but there is no option to give a 0 star .. completely disgusting place And

  Fix the drive thru speaker. Completely not working isn't ideal. Will change to a 5 star as the service is always excellent and food is cooked well and in a timely manner

  Waited more than 30 minutes in drive thru in midnight . I ordered online. Totally ridiculous service should put more employees if you can’t handle the rush. Happened twice to me.

  The service is crap, the food is crap, especially the poutin. How did you manage to ruin such a simple dish like poutin? Seriously? What do you add to the gravy sauce? It's pure starch mixed with garbage, flavorless and saltless, like jelly. Ugh... Sandwiches so drying and minimum salad inside. We waited 30 minutes for our order, even though we ordered it from a kiosk. Shocking.
