  I recently went to KFC yesterday to pick up a few Soft taco. I was greeted by this very kind worker named Nicholas. I had a few few questions in regards to the soft tacos, and he replied in such a kind manner and with respect as well. The atmosphere of this KFC/Taco Bell Was really good, especially the fact that they have a worker like Nicholas, It made me feel warmed and welcomed

  I came in, had some trouble with the new kiosks, which I understand as it probably acts as a buffer for when things get busy, and a worker noticed and asked me for help with it, which I gladly appreciated! Seriously appreciate these kinds of outgoing services, especially since some people, like me, are afraid to ask, and the food was also very enjoyable. 10/10 service!

  Terrible service, employees take too much time to serve. No matter how big or small the order is, they always takes too much time. Average wait time is always 15-20mins. Employees also never tell what the time is, and everyone just stand hoping to get their order. Worst service i have ever experienced Never go to this location, go anywhere else but not here.

  Do NOT order from this location. Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered delivery from KFC Regent and were extremely disappointed. After waiting 45 minutes, no one would answer the phone when we tried calling about our order. When the food finally arrived, only one item was actually correct. The rest of the order was completely wrong. To make matters worse, the coleslaw we received was one day away from its expiry date, which is completely unacceptable when serving food to customers. The chicken was also incredibly disappointing — about 99% of the pieces were tiny drumsticks, with barely any decent-sized pieces. Between the incorrect order, impossible-to-reach customer service, questionable freshness, and poor quality of the food, this was an awful experience from start to finish. Save your money and order somewhere else. We definitely will not be ordering from KFC Regent again.

  They don’t chase panhandlers away from the drive thru window. Food is slow and cold, often incorrect. Wait times in the drive thru are over 5 minutes just to hear a person say wait longer. It’s gone so downhill in the last decade, it’s embarrassing.
