  Is the worst 😫 people who work in this location 🤔, I was inside more then 10 nobody come to ask me what I want . And all of them they're looking me and ignoring like ,the don't see anyone. Pls Manager should do better.

  Great food most of the time (why I gave 2 stars) but the service, not so much. They act like you are bothering them when you come to the counter instead of using the kiosk to order, which doesn't list all the specials. Next thing they'll want you to cook your order too! Correct me if I'm wrong, but customer service is part of the deal. Something as simple as napkins (should be a given) you have to ask for. There is the odd, good employee but for the most part it's a crap shoot. Colonel Sanders would be rolling in his grave. What happened to service with a smile?

  This was one of the most disappointing KFC experiences I've had. We ordered the Extra Crispy Original chicken, but what we received was old, dried-out chicken that was incredibly tough. Yes, the breading was crispy, but the meat itself was dry, hard, and honestly felt like it had been sitting around for far too long. What made it even more frustrating was that we waited about 20 minutes for our order, so I expected fresh, hot chicken. Instead, we ended up with something that was difficult to enjoy. KFC has always been known for its fried chicken, so it's disappointing to be served food like this. I really hope this location pays more attention to food quality and freshness. Please serve the fresh, juicy chicken that customers expect.

  08.01.2026. I arrived at the restaurant after midnight and stood in line for 20 minutes at the pickup window, only to have my order refused. I just don't understand how this could happen. How can employees like this work with impunity and face no consequences for their negligent actions? I will never set foot in this restaurant or this chain again.

  Very disappointed. Went in to get chicken with father for family dinner and they have removed all the cashiers. Have to order at the kiosk. They are not senior friendly and offered no assistance to help my father. Will not go back to this location or any other that moves to this system.
