  I’ve had a very disappointing experience with KFC’s Crave ‘n’ Save Combo promotion in Winnipeg. The offer is advertised as a $4.49 budget-friendly meal that includes fries, a drink, and a choice of an Original Recipe Slider, Snacker Wrap, or individual Popcorn Chicken. However, at most KFC locations in Winnipeg, staff either claim they have no idea what the promotion is, insist it belongs to Taco Bell, or try to sell completely different meals priced between $13–15. Only after lengthy discussions and showing them the promotion from KFC’s own menu do some locations acknowledge it, while others still refuse to honor it. Today, I visited the KFC at 1330 McPhillips Street, around 1am and the experience was particularly frustrating. The staff acted as if they didn’t understand what I meant by “Crave ‘n’ Save Combo,” even giggling among themselves. I eventually had to spell it out and show them KFC’s own promotional description, yet they still refused to offer the advertised combo and instead kept suggesting different menu items. After wasting 15–20 minutes without being able to order the advertised meal, I left without purchasing anything and went to McDonald’s instead for a snack. If this promotion is genuinely available across Canada, KFC should ensure that all participating locations are properly informed and trained to honor it. If certain locations are excluded, that should be clearly communicated to customers. The current inconsistency is misleading, wastes customers’ time, and reflects poorly on KFC’s customer service.

  Probably the slowest KFC I’ve ever visited. On my last three visits, the average wait time has been 25–30 minutes. The employees seem to be working extremely hard, but the restaurant appears to be understaffed, which results in long delays. Management should consider hiring more staff to improve service and reduce the workload on employees.

  DO NOT GO HERE! Ordered my food at the kiosk, watched 7 other people order and get there food before me. asked the lady behind the counter for an update on my order and started running around like they obviously messed up, she then told me she added some popcorn chicken and brownies for the inconvenience got home and none of the extra stuff was even in the bag! You know it’s bad when customers are apologizing to you for getting their food before you!

  No matter when I order from this KFC, the wait is always ridiculously long. My most recent Uber Eats order was delayed because the driver had to wait 30 minutes at the restaurant before the order was ready. Very disappointing.

  The front counter was covered in someones hair, food came fast but sandwich was cold fries hot, also the new drinks they offer should have trained on how to make them properly before serving mine was nothing like it resembles.
