- JBJasman BhanwraSep 28, 20261.0Poor service; spent over $40 just to receive old chicken with zero crispiness/under cooked and the patty in the sandwich was half the size of the bun; ruined everything Ended up wasting my time and getting a refund…never going back to this kfc again
- MTMOATHE TaefodSep 28, 20261.0There is hair in the chicken chicken is cold. I try to explain to the manager he was so rude the worst food ever. Disgusting food
- AAAshleySep 27, 20261.0Update: I reported my concern to the KFC website letting them know I want to be refunded. Have not heard anything back. The 1 star reviews keep coming in for this location too. Terrible food and even worse service. I paid extra for the hot cheeto fries and the majority of my fries are plain, and this was after they made my order wrong because they gave me plain fries. My bun is ice cold and there is barely and cheetos on my sandwhich. Then I complained about the lack of seasoning on the fries and I was told by the manager in the turban and beard net thats what they are suppose to look like. Which I know they arent! We also waited 25 minutes for 2 meals that came to $34!
- FRFran R.Sep 17, 20264.0No complaints about the food but it takes way too long to get your order when I come here... and it's hectic because there is no waiting area so you're in everyone's way if you're not ordering.
