Poor management, was charged for something I did not want and when I called to speak the manager her excuse was just “The guy working was special needs” that was just her escape goat, I appreciate that they hire special needs but accountability should be on the management to make sure that the person has support working the drive through as that poor guy was so flustered as is.

My husband and I haven't been to kfc Henderson Hwy. for many years so when I ordered 2 "snack packs" I received 2 chicken wraps. I told them I wanted 2 orders of 2 pieces of chicken and fries and a cole slaw. I had originally paid $16.45 but had to pay an extra $2. I trusted them to get the order right so didn't check. When we got home we had 2 pieces of chicken and 1order of fries. I don't think they know what they're doing! If we order chicken again we'll go anywhere but kfc!

Teach your staff the difference between white and dark meat. Dark meat is limbs, white meat is body. Maybe now I can get what I asked for. That's a rib in the photo, a rib is white meat.
