  I was there today, waited in line about 30 minutes and ordered the 10.00 lux. It tasted odd but I thought it was just me but was sick the rest of the day. Won't be back

  Their chicken is very small compared to other fastfood. Staffs are not aware of their ongoing promo.

  We came here at 10:50pm, dine in closes at 11pm, the doors were locked. We tried knocking they didn’t respond even though they were in there and deliberately avoided eye contact.

  I visited this KFC today, and although it took about 20 minutes to get our order, I appreciated that the chicken was served fresh and hot. The restaurant was very busy, so the wait was understandable, but it was still longer than expected. The drive-thru lineup was also quite long, which shows this location is popular. Overall, the quality of the fresh chicken made up for some of the wait, but I hope they can improve their speed of service during busy hours. If you're visiting this location, be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially during peak times, but you'll likely be rewarded with freshly cooked food.

  Went to order at drive thru at around 9.50 pm. Cashier at speaker said she can not take my order which was just one tuesday special and that i have to go inside as there is 20 min wait on chicken. I was stuck in drive thru traffic waited 10 min there and then went inside to place order. Doors were locked at 10pm while the store hours are till 11pm for inside. Then someone opened door for me and the girl named Raman shouted from the back that why they are letting customers in. She came to me and said that they are super busy and can not take inside orders. Are they even allowed to close doors at anytime according to their convenience? I then told her that someone at drive thru told me to do so then they finally handed my order. Seeing the other negative reviews it seems like the management even dont care about customer service. There should be some actions taken till now if you are getting negative reviews like this everyday. Staff dont know how to deal with customers in rush periods. Five other adult kids were waiting outside to place order but they did not allow them to come inside. You are loosing customers and business because of your staff. Get them trained well. Provide them with enough staff.
