  Yet again another terrible experience. Time after time I give this location a chance because it’s in our area. This time a 30$ order took 40 minutes to make. Once the order was done and we checked out items of course they were wrong. Instead of the workers apologizing and making the mistake right. They tried to convince us to accept the wrong food. I would recommend not going to this location ever. Even if you were in a pinch and short for time. Food is gross, service is always terrible, manager is useless and staff just stand there with a dumb look on their face. DO N OT RECOMMEND

  The wait times are terrible. It doesn't matter if you order online or in-store, you're waiting 15+ mins. Everytime I have placed an order online it would take 45+ mins before its 'ready' for pickup. My advise is if you order online, just pick it up right away you're waiting regardless. Another time was around 7pm, me and my friend were the only ones in the store, It took them 17 mins to prepare 1 chicken sandwich. The amount of waiting you do is so bad that you might as well just go to a restaurant and dine in, that way after you eat, you at least wont feel like crap. There is nothing fast about this 'fast' food place. I'll give credit to where credit is due, and that is KFC has significantly improved in terms of the size of chicken pieces you get compared to its competitors in Popeyes and Jollibee. The cleanliness of the dining experience has also been significantly improved and makes it enjoyable once you finally get your food.

  Do not order take out or delivery. They do not seal their delivery/ take out bags, as well our bag came with a large rip In the side (made it look tampered with and we’re sure the delivery driver did not do this) The quality of food is 2/10. Missed the MAIN part of the order that cost $13 after tax. Food was cold and my wrap was falling apart in the wrapper. Will not order again.

  So it's 2 pm on a Monday afternoon. Stopped and grabbed lunch. Noticed a man in the kitchen with street clothing on. Wearing no gloves and no hair protection. Reached down and pulled his lunch container out of what I believe is a food warmer. It looked like a beef dish with rice. Cross contamination. Then I noticed while everyone was waiting. It wasn't busy at all. But they had the screen full of orders and only 3 workers. Who I am pointing out, had no sense of urgency to clear the screen off. And finally. I had to show my receipt to the woman who took my order to show how many items were on my order. She was trying to short me on food. Then made one of the items wrong. Which I had to go back and have it remade. Frustrating. Kfc/ taco bell has lost the little quality that they had. Definitely not coming back

  “I visited your KFC location and was at drive-through and I was told to go to the next window before I had even ordered. When I got there, the employee asked for an skip order number I didn’t have, and made comments that felt stereotypical and inappropriate.While placing my order, she was laughter in the background, which made me feel disrespected. I hope the management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.” Employee was a Girl and her name tag was “Husan”.
