  Horrible Service in the Drive Thru. I ordered a 4pc Chicken Big Box combo with Onion rings instead of fries. What I got was 4pc Chicken and Onion rings.....No popcorn chicken, no coleslaw, and all charged for individually. I called in after arriving home and called. All they had to say was "Oh, sorry". No attempt to rectify the situation.

  Worst dine in service! I waited at the till to place my order, only to be told they are not taking orders, and use the kiosk. Same with any one star review here. It is just ridiculous and dumb not to take orders at the till.

  Stopped by this KFC at 9:57 AM and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Snacker Wrap meal from the kiosk. My order appeared on the kitchen screen immediately, and the employee clearly looked at it, but it was ignored. Despite there being no other customers, waited about 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The employee then asked what I wanted, even though I had already placed my order. During that time, she was wiping counters, using the iPad, and handling other surfaces while wearing the same gloves. She then prepared my food without changing them, which was concerning. To top it off, the fries were warm and soggy, and the chicken was only warm, not hot. With an empty restaurant, I expected fresh food and much better service.
