  Horrible food, they will waste your time aswell, customer service is bottom of the barrel. They will ask you to use the kiosks but they do not work 90% of the time. Im not one to leave bad reviews but this place has seriously went downhill in the past few years.

  If I could give them -100 I would. I don’t suggest going between 10-12am drive thru. Worst waiting times I’ve ever experienced ever and the poor window person has alot of pressure while their other workers are just jerks.

  I arrived at the restaurant around 11:40PM to pick up an order. A staff member told me the lobby was closed and instructed me to use the drive-through. I waited in line until approximately 12:05 AM for a $5 order. During that time, I saw another delivery driver carrying a Skip bag walk into the restaurant through an unlocked door, collect their order immediately, and leave within a couple of minutes. This was unfair and inconsistent, as I was not given the same access despite arriving earlier. The unnecessary delay affected my earnings and delivery time. Please review this incident and consider appropriate action or compensation for the excessive wait caused by the restaurant’s inconsistent treatment of delivery drivers.

  Ordered the 10-piece Family Bucket Feast online, but when I got home I found there were only 8 pieces. I paid for the Family Bucket Feast but received the Family Bucket Meal instead, which costs about $9 less. Disappointed that I didn’t receive the meal I paid for.
