I was late, and the food was still being worked on which is fine, as they were very busy. Because I was waiting, they offered if I would like a drink, and I did say, no, thank you, because not a big deal that I was waiting. The staff were very friendly. The food I had was to go, and it was delicious.

It's also way too expensive for a burger, fries, and a drink (33 $). And then everything was so incredibly bland. The staff were practically asleep, and there was a very long wait even though it wasn't busy.

The last three times were NOT great and we don’t go anymore. For the prices you are charging it needs to be top notch EVERY time. My burgers the last three were meh and the fries were barely crispy - I don’t care if it’s busy because at those prices they need to be cooking the fries the right amount of time every time. The fries were a big reason I used to come and now they’re even giving you less.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
