Food is good like normal, but this restaurant in particular is incredibly dirty all the time. Tables are a mess like they never get wiped, the floor is incredibly dirty with garbage everywhere. The general vibe is one of not caring, and the environment reflects this.

I called ahead of coming here to inquire about the seating situation for young children in high chairs. They told me they had high chairs for the young children to eat at. I got here and the high chairs do not have trays and the chair sits way lower than the table. My little one struggled the whole meal.. Food was great but if you have littles I don’t recommend brining them here, not very accessible for them.

Five Guys...what can I say?!
They are my favorite burger place 😍!!
The food is so tasty, fresh and affordable, made to your preference 🫶, with ample servings. Served up with a smile, in a warm atmosphere. A must try if you're looking for something new. We've done take-out and eat in.
They have an app, so you can order ahead. It's super easy to use.

Waited for 15 minutes to pick up an uber order. It wasnt even busy just me in the line. Still didnt ask for the order name and never made my order but gave the order to other drivers who even came 10-12 minutes after me.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
