Coffee Shop
Empty Cup Collective was founded in 2020 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It all started with two good friends, a small coffee roaster in a garage, and a desire to redefine the standard coffee experience. Inspired by travels throughout Asia and an above-average canned coffee consumption, Empty Cup came to life. The goal was to inspire and motivate people while consistently delivering a delicious cup of coffee.
The original vision to create a cold brew brand that appealed to the doers - something to fuel people who are always on the go - quickly grew to be the nitro cold brew, coffee, and cafe collection we offer today. Our first location on Panet Road, a cafe and roastery, is now just one of our many cafe concepts.
