Employee was flipping the blizzards and the mini cone cup tips over and the ice cream touches the table. She asks me if it’s okay or if I want a new one. She replaced it which was fine While eating the blizzard I thought it might not have been mixed well because there was barely any toppings it was just vanilla cream with a couple crumbs of biscoff

Unfortunately, the process was difficult from the start, and in hindsight I should have recognized the warning signs. When placing the order, I requested a simple Spider-Man theme: a basic red Spider-Man face on a white ice cream cake, red and black border icing, an extra fudge layer in the middle, and “Happy Birthday” written in red and black to match the theme. When I arrived to pick up the cake, I was extremely disappointed. The cake was unusually THIN and appeared as though it had melted and been refrozen. Instead of the design I requested, the cake was covered in a blotchy orange-red spray color, the Spider-Man face was distorted and unrecognizable, and the birthday message was written in the same red color as the background, making it very difficult to read. I could not justify paying for a cake that looked nothing like what was ordered, so I declined it and left. Thankfully, the Pembina location was able to save the day with a generic birthday cake for my son at the last minute. I have previously ordered cakes from other locations and have always been happy with the results, but this experience at the Scurfield location was very disappointing. The store itself felt unusually warm, the freezers were extremely loud, the service was not great, and the final product was frankly embarrassing.
