    I wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff that made this cake!!! We were all in awe at how well this was done with just a photo from google that was sent in for reference! The detail is amazing, we didn’t even want to cut it!! Awesome job!!

    The benches are extremely uncomfortable the table is chest high and hardly any leg room. They must get only take out as I wouldn't sit on those bench seats again

    We were mistakenly charged $14.99 twice due to the drive-thru attendant's lack of training on processing a gift card for the Blizzard BOGO for $1 promotion in April 2026, as he claimed it could only be redeemed through the app. We are in our 70's so not up on the use of Apps. We remember our gift card being processed once by the window attendent, followed by the manager who overheard our complaint, and ran it through again, which we assumed was to rectify the initial error and honor the promotion. It's wasn't until 3rd visit that we noticed the balance on our gift card. We were shocked and felt violated. In the end we paid we paid $29.98 for something that should have cost us about $7.83 for 2 small blizzards using the promotion. We contacted head office by email but their reponse only confirmed our 3 purchases in April/2026 show 2 charges of $14.99 for our first visit of the year and a promise to pass this on to the owner of the Scurfield Blvd franchise location. A week has passed at the time of this post and we have not heard from the franchise owner.

    2nd time posting as my first must have been removed. Decent DQ with tons of parking however the parking lot itself is quite busy. Have had numerous issues with other drivers. That aside, never had an issue with service or the food.
