When I called the store, the staff told me that the brownies have to be heated. I explained that I understand they should be heated, but these were overheated. They also tasted bitter, which made them unpleasant to eat. I was disappointed with the quality of my order and would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved.

The chicken was dry as if it had been microwaved multiple times. I decided I would say something. Manager proceeded to gaslight me saying that he spoke with the employee who made the order and she only made the wraps 10 mins prior to me ordering. Proceeded to try and offer me 2 of 3 wraps replaced. He talked over me the entire time, and made me feel like I was wrong and just trying to lash out for free food. I said I probably won't be back to the location because quality has been poor here in the past. I'm a very regular customer, but I choose the Kapelus location primarily because they don't skip a beat. This was so frustrating for me, as I'm not one to complain. Don't gaslight customers, do better. After arguing he said I could have my meal replaced but at this point I'll never return to the location.
- VKvaishali kapilaJun 7, 20261.0We ordered a caramel cupfection and it automatically comes with a warm brownie but it was served with cold brownie when i asked the employee about it she gave me a very cold response rather than showing her customer seevice skills she rolled her eyes and said ok we will warm up the same brownie from your ice cream and then i told her that it was one of their other employees who told me it already comes with hot brownie but instead of acknowledging the mistake she said next time just specify that u want a hot brownie. She even forgot to give us a spoon. Just want to say that there is no coordination with the workers there and instead of acknowledgment they just argue with the customers.
