It’s hard enough to find a bathroom nowadays when you gotta go, this is getting ridiculous already. They should make it a human rights violation if a place of business doesn’t have a public bathroom.

Staff is rude, my family and I went for ice cream, there was no line, it was not busy and I asked to used the bathroom, the cashier said I must be a laying customer, I pointed to my family and said yes we are here for icecream, I would like to use the washroom before I order, she said no I had to order and pay first. It was really rude and demanding as if I was lying that I brought my family in just to I could use the washroom. The last time I was there my son ordered a large soft icecream and it was the same size as a medium. Staff is not friendly or welcoming.
- ZWz wiseAug 20, 20261.0Owner is rude about service dogs being in store. No signs on door and hes telling me its implied meanwhile not wearing a hair net, seamed to be looking for a fight. Very very rude. Place is kind of a dump, run down with TWO signs about no public washrooms when you walk in and huge sign saying NO REFILS ON SODA? basically like them telling you they hate you right when you first walk in!!!! all I know is they would be better off with a take out window so people dont need to go into this dump and be miss treated and harassed. The guy needs a vacation and some customer service training. I dont think I will ever be the same after this expierence 😕 Horrible terrible place to get Ice cream.

They have literally put in restaurant NO REFILLS. service is slower than a turtle. Everytime I have to go there due to my baby girl my opinion about them worstens.

Employee working at the cashier was not wearing hairnet or cap and same employee prepared my food. I ask for cup of water they charged me 25 cents for the cup. Really disgusting service at this location. Never going again.
