  Yesterday, around 8:00 PM, I visited the store and found it to be somewhat busy, with only team members on duty, as there was no manager present in the store at that time. The team members were effectively managing customers on their own. I waited for 5-10 minutes to speak with a manager regarding a complaint about an order I placed on Friday, but no manager came.

  On Saturday evening, I saw a lady wearing a jacket serving fresh food to customers who seemed to be her friends. She was talking to them near where we were waiting, while the other staff member was attending to the customers. This behavior looked unfair to other customers.

  I’ve been here a few times and the whoppers alway smell like wet dog and the fries taste like deep fried sunscreen. The food sits out and they don’t clean. But last night I got a whopper meal and the lettuce stem was in my burger, ended up with a horrible stomach ache that kept me up through the night Take the extra 20 minutes to drive to Saint Vital, don’t get “Food Poisoning” like I did
