Definitely an awful experince , Shame on you SHERYL , as a manager, Learn some customer service skills , It's your job to deal with customer service issue, You behaviour was uncalled for, You don't need to be rude and made me feel that my request was such an inconvenience. Your staff even had to apologize for your behaviour and deal with the issue. You company should re-evaluate your skills and your demeanor towards your customers.

just ordered a meal and I made a mistake, I was honest about my mistake and the manager sheryl made such a big deal about it, She wasn't even nice about doing my refund, such a rudr demeanor as a manager who should be dealing with customer concerns
Food was okay but the guy who appears to be the manager (in the picture) was acting very odd towards me while I was ordering. I said a simple hi, how are you and he responded "good" in a rude tone. When he asked me if I wanted the small or medium meal for the whopper, and I said small and he said "that's how I assumed you wanted it" with a weird smirk on his face. I don't know if he was trying to be flirty, cool or rude but regardless that is a disgusting and unprofessional way to talk to customers, especially a young woman. It is very sad to see grown men behaving like this in 2026. Do better please. I'm putting his picture up to warn other young women who may come in contact with this creep.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Burger King. It’s not even just about the food—it’s clear that the employees aren’t being properly trained. Orders were wrong, simple requests were ignored, and when I tried to politely point it out, the staff was angry instead of being respectful and doing their actual job. Checking my receipt I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, was not given a spicy chicken sandwich. The buns were also extremely tough. Thought about going back but honestly the worker was just so rude that there is no point in going back. I barely write these reviews but honestly everyone has their reasons, as everyone has bad days, however, reading the other reviews posted by other customers for this place in particular, I can see that this attitude by employees happens a lot.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, as there are other Burger King places near by with much better customer service and actually take their time in helping their customers, and welcome them with smiles.
Went through the drive through today around 12:45 PM, had the worst experience with their drive through operator. We were simply asking if they had any deals and her tone was absolutely not customer friendly. She even raised her voice at us after we were being calm. Even when we got to the window, she still proceeded to have a really rude attitude with us. We asked in a nice and calm tone “do you guys still have that deal for 2 whoppers?” and IMMEDIATELY ALREADY started to have a tone with us as if we are absolutely stupid for even asking that. Please teach the employees to treat the customers with respect because personally we did treat her with respect, and we were calm with talking to her, and immediately like 5 seconds into the conversation you can already hear her sassiness. She even sighed so loudly we can hear it through the speaker. So please. As paying customers who are genuinely just asking if there were any deals today, as we know that Burger King often had deals throughout the week, to treat customers with respect and patience. Horrible experience, horrible attitude from the employee.
