  Went for a drive thru today, staff is very courteous and very friendly. Will come back again. Whooper Wednesday is so good.

  Serious food safety concern - happened today. Just left this place. About 40 minutes ago, I personally witnessed a staff member in a black uniform handling cleaning materials and then immediately prepare a sandwich without changing gloves or washing hands. This is a clear food safety violation and a health risk to every customer being served. This was not a rushed mistake - it happened openly with no awareness of basic hygiene standards. Management needs to take immediate action and ensure all staff are properly trained in food safety protocols. Gloves must be changed between handling chemicals/cleaning supplies and touching food. This is non-negotiable. I will be reporting this to the local public health authority as well. I strongly advise others to be cautious until this is addressed.

  Slow customer service for Uber or Dordash delivery. I had to wait 5-10 minutes to get order done. They don't pack orders correctly.

  Honestly, if I could leave a 0-star review, I would do that! It was literally terrible!! I went through the drive thru, since I was in a big rush to get to a meeting. First of all, the lady that was taking the order could hardly grasp what I was saying. Eventually we got things figured out, and double checked to make sure that everything on the order was correct, and it was. Then I pulled up to the windows, paid, and received my drinks. I had ordered a lemonade for my sister and an iced tea for myself. Guess what I got...?! Two Pepsis! How can they mess up so bad?!?! And I don't really drink fizzy drinks, since it seems to bother me a little! Thankfully we had something else with that I could drink. Then the guy immediately (even though no one was behind us) told us to go drive on the parking lot. I figured that wasn't a good sign but went and did as he told. 20 minutes later.... they came with the food!! 20 MINUTES... for a fast food?!? Ridiculous! And then to top it off and anonymously place this experience as the worst one I've had at drive thrus, the food was messed up too! I think my order might have been correct, but my sister got an order of onion rings instead of a chicken sandwich! You literally can't mess that up so bad; that has to have been purpose...! In the end, the food was still good (therefore I was generous on the 2-star rating for the food), but I was seriously upset. And then, of course, I was late to my meeting... Don't EVER go to Burger King in a rush!!! The food is good, but not the wait!!
