  This is my first time ordering from Arby’s. I saw the 2-for-$8 melts deal and thought, “Hey, these actually look pretty good.” Then this is what I got. 😐 Honestly, this is embarrassing. The difference between what was advertised and what showed up is ridiculous. I wasn’t expecting it to look perfect, but this is seriously disappointing. First time ordering from Arby’s, and unfortunately, this is the impression I’m left with.

  Finally had a chance to visit Winnipeg's only Arby's location and was very disappointed. Sandwhich was an absolute mess, slapped together with cold roast beef. Terrible.

  Incredibly uncomfortable experience today. Went for lunch was instead provided entertainment via screaming match in the kitchen between the three employees. Ordered a double beef and cheddar received a single was not put well together. Took 18 minutes for us to get our food. The Skip drivers were prioritized. I really hope ownership and management sees this because it was really embarrassing of how the employees acted
