    I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s at around 11:55 pm on 28th june. We greeted the employee and politely asked them to wait a moment because we wanted to scan our points. The employee responded, “Why did you say hi then?” in a rude tone. After that, he started giving excuses, saying that customers don’t have patience and that’s why he gets rude to people. We asked him, “Did we say anything rude to you? No, right?” He admitted, “I know I’m wrong,” but then said that we should have had our points card ready before coming to the counter. I have personally worked at the drive-thru before, but I have never treated a customer this way, regardless of how busy or impatient others may have been. We were polite and respectful throughout the interaction, and this experience made us feel unwelcome. I hope better customer service and professionalism can be encouraged.

    Disgusting amount of toppings for frozen treats allover work station, strawberry topping dripping from container, table sticky and dirty,picnic tables outside also all dirty garbage overflowing drink dispenser area also filthy

    I had hope that things might improve once the ownership changed, but it's worse than ever. I order an iced coffee and McMuffin and parked in the curbside pickup. After 15 minutes after checking into our spot and waiting, still my order wasn't out. So I tried calling the store, no answer. My son and I went inside and saw that my order was still on the screen, the only order, which sat there as they chose to take more orders and serve those first. We returned to the car and waited another 5 minutes and still nothing. So I tried to cancel my order, which I was not allowed to do because the kitchen already made it. So I was forced to leave after 20 minutes of waiting without my order, late for an appointment and still having paid for the entire thing. Bad service, no customer appreciation and I doubt my food would've even been fresh if I had eventually got it. Extremely dissatisfied. Decided to give them a second chance because I had already promised my boys happy meals for dinner. I made extra for a nugget happy meal and they gave us grilled cheese! That's not even the first time it's happened either! Our food even clearly had two seperate order numbers but they were all bagged together incorrectly, while missing our actual order. Another chance given and another very dissatisfying experience. I do not recommend.

    Ordered caramel sundaes. Impressive achievement: there was more caramel on the outside of the cups than in the actual ice cream. Thanks for the sticky hands.

    With the change in ownership, I decided to give this location another chance after not visiting for four years. Unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing as before. The drive-thru was operating with two lanes, yet orders were only being taken from one speaker while the other lane was ignored entirely. Basic customer acknowledgment should be expected. I had hoped new ownership would bring meaningful improvements—a fresh start, better customer service, and a renewed focus on the customer experience. Instead, it appears the same poor attitudes and lack of professionalism remain. The staff continue to treat local customers with little respect, and there is no indication that customer service is a priority. McDonald's is a strong and recognizable brand, but this location has done nothing to earn my business. I work hard for my money, and I choose to spend it where customers are valued and treated respectfully. As a result, I will not be returning to this location or the Morden location in the future. Do better.
