  Usually I get only beef patties from MAC D but on May 17 around 12.21Am I ordered only beef patty and the person taking order on drive through denied giving me beef patty saying their boss doesn’t allow to give only beef patties and then I ordered grilled chicken sandwich which also took very long time to come.. very poor service

  Very disappointing experience. I came to get a simple breakfast with coffee, but they refused to serve me just because I tried to pay with a $100 bill. This is Canadian currency — why am I not allowed to use it? The employee said it was “policy,” but when I asked to see that policy, he just closed the window without any explanation. I then drove to another McDonald’s on Main & Leila, and they accepted the same bill without any issues and served me normally. Customer service here is unacceptable. Very frustrating experience.

  It is your typical average McDonald's. But I was very disappointed when I couldn't find staff. The focus is so much on electronic ordering that I had to call someone from the back so I could order in person.

  Attended today for a bite to eat with husband, we have been to this location twice and both times were a great experience. It was very clean, the manager( I didn’t catch her name but she was great and had an excellent attitude)that took our order was friendly and the food was made fresh. This McDonalds by far is the cleanest and friendliest in Winnipeg, I really hope they do not stop providing this service and continue to keep the restaurant clean. The other McDonalds restaurant should take some training and tips from the store and the staff!
