  When someone says they don't want double meat, do not shame them and tell them they need more protein. When someone says they don't want their sub toasted, don't tell them it tastes better toasted then proceed to do it anyway. When it comes to sauses, don't tell them your going to "concider it" and say "oh it won't taste good with chipotle". Your job is to make the sandwich the customer wants, not the way you feel it should be. Always knew the subway on Park Road was better and this solidified it

  If you enjoy rotten vegetables on your sub and terrible customer service, you should definitely eat here!

  I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I made the mistake of asking to use the restroom, and from that point on I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. The key was handed to me without any courtesy, and with an eyeroll! Before I was even served my food, a staff member raised their voice at me to return it. There was also a noticeable lack of basic manners during the food preparation and service. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this location seems to have gone downhill, and I won’t be returning.

  Whoever served us decided it was cool to add extra meat without implying that we'd get charged $50 freaking dollars for it. We did not ask for extra anything while ordering. Freaking bandits.
