  I just wanted to commend the team at KFC for their excellent customer service lead by their Supervisor/Manager Angeliza (based on receipt). The staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. They handled everything quickly and efficiently. It’s always great to visit a place where customers are treated with kindness and respect. Thank you to the whole team for the great experience ☺️

  If you're not going to sell your advertised special on the outdoor sign PLEASE take it down! Server John was wonderful but clearly had his hands tied.

  My sibling ordered a chicken bucket, but the pieces provided were quite small. kindyly ask that personal matters be kept separate from work to ensure fair service. Staff who assisted. Jeszel

  I had a really disappointing experience at KFC. The service was slow and unprofessional. The staff were giving out order numbers, but at the same time were making comments about customers being in a hurry and not wanting to wait. It felt like they were annoyed and talking in a way that didn’t sound appropriate while working, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the chicken portions were very small for the price. It honestly felt like I wasn’t getting what I paid for. Overall, the service and quality didn’t meet expectations at all. I hope they improve both their customer service and portion sizes.
