  It’s been 20 min and till waiting for my food. I got a wrap and a poutine. One other car waiting even longer than me. Nobody else in site. This is constantly the slowest kfc I have been to. The food is also always luke warm like it’s been sitting out. DONT GO HERE!!

  Can’t believe how long you have to wait for your order at this location. 40+ mins for 2 chicken sandwiches?!? Don’t know how much longer it would’ve been, as I just left with no food and no refund. Never been to a KFC that takes this long. Unreal. Don’t bother

  It's an amazing place, the service is at the highest level, the staff is very nice and friendly, the food is delicious, I liked it, I advise

  HORRIBLE, slow service. Wait 20+ min in the drive thru to get your food. Walk in at 6pm during supper rush and they have no chicken ready. Um, you’re a chicken place why do you never have anything ready?! Poorly managed and operated. Always a lame “sorry about that” Do better.

  Such a bad experience. Long wait, very disorganized. The 2 customers in front of me both had issues with their orders, and the manager came out to "fix" it, but the way she spoke to the customers was appauling. I could not believe what I was hearing. Got to the car to eat, and a bad KFC experience was topped off with the tiniest skimpy portions.
