  Karina was most helpful and offered to get us refills and deliver our food. She was excellent. While other kitchen staff was loud and bossy.

  Placed an order for a boneless bucket, food came out faster than estimated and hot. Had a small miscommunication but Lyla, who took my order and brought out my food provided excellent service and took care of me straight away. This location hands down has the best food and service!

  Dear Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received yesterday evening. We placed an order for a bucket of chicken at approximately 8:15 p.m. and waited outside for about 20 minutes. When I went inside to check on our order, a staff member told me it would be another 10 minutes. After waiting, we drove around and returned through the drive-through about 15 minutes later, where we were told it would be another 2 minutes. We then waited an additional 5 minutes, but still nothing happened. In the end, it took nearly one hour to receive our food. During that time, I also noticed another customer—a young boy—who had been waiting almost as long just for a sandwich. Waiting an hour for a simple order is unacceptable, especially when we were repeatedly given inaccurate wait times instead of an honest update. Better communication and customer service would have made the experience much less frustrating. I hope you will review what happened and take steps to improve your service so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.
