    I typically order take out on my way out of town through the app. The other day, I made an order similar to usual and came and picked it up. When I got home, I noticed it was the wrong order. No problem, figured it was a mistake but wanted the business to make it right. Firstly started by heading over to the website and was greeted with an AI chat bot. Realized that this will probably go nowhere, so I decided to after call the location and the lady was happy to make it right. I decided I would go in later and bring my receipt and get the correct order. Upon entering and greeting the worker politely and explaining the situation, she accosted me for "filing a complaint". First of all, I am a customer well within my rights to ensure my situation is resolved, so I took all measures I could to make that happen. Nowhere on the website did I attempt to slander this franchise location's name. The worker kept accusing me of calling the location's manager, who agreed to amend the situation, and THEN going on the website to file a complaint. I had to explain multiple times that this was not the case and was essentially called a liar. This all happened in front of another customer, which was extremely embarrassing. Thankfully after several minutes of back and forth, the worker reluctantly corrected the issue and made my order. This was the last time I will be visiting this location and will take my business elsewhere. Consider this the formal "written complaint".

    I had a really disappointing experience at Subway today. There were two Middle Eastern girls working, and the one in the back whose name started with J was extremely rude and giving very mean looks not just to me, but to other customers as well. I always make sure to use my manners, be respectful, and treat workers kindly, so the attitude was really surprising. I politely asked for just a sprinkle of extra steak on my sandwich and was immediately told it would be an extra $4. That’s totally fine if that’s the policy — I understand businesses have rules — but the way it was said and the way I was treated felt very disrespectful. On top of that, the cookies lately have been terrible compared to how they used to be. They’re dry and just not good anymore. Overall, the service was rude and the quality has gone downhill. I hope management takes a look at the customer service here because people shouldn’t be treated like that when they’re simply ordering food politely.
