  The ginger burger was cold and hard to chew, and the fries were also not fresh—they were stone cold. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money. Very disappointing experience.

  Ordered food waited 5 minutes minutes to get a drink cup. Then just be told another 15 minutes for the food to be ready.

  Absolutely terrible service, you would think they would have chicken fried and ready at 5pm. People that ordered online had to wait 30 minutes for their orders. Really gone downhill over the last two years.

  The restaurant seems organize and the ambience is perfect. The people running this place is doing great for bringing in innovative approach by having the self service kiosk. At first I find it hard for me but with the help of Mourna I got my order easy and fast. plus the chicken really taste delicious. Keep it up!

  I watched multiple guests walk out because of the self order kiosk. They refuse to serve you by a human now. Coupons dont work on the kiosk and It doesnt give a receipt. Spend money at a place that employs employees to do the job
