  I watched multiple guests walk out because of the self order kiosk. They refuse to serve you by a human now. Coupons dont work on the kiosk and It doesnt give a receipt. Spend money at a place that employs employees to do the job

  Slowest and most disorganized KFC I’ve ever been to. Was told 10-15 sat waiting for almost 45 minutes… watched the girl working put my order into a bag on the side and not even call my name. I finally went up to ask again to find out it’s been siting there for the past 15 minutes. Need some sort of management in this place.

  I don't know what's more impressive: the fact that a KFC managed to run out of chicken, or that the solution was, "We can make some in 35 minutes." This location closes at 11 p.m., and somehow there was no actual fried chicken available during operating hours. Instead, we were told we'd have to wait over half an hour if we wanted the one thing people go to KFC for. We ended up ordering sandwiches because standing around for 35 minutes at a fast-food restaurant was not exactly part of the evening plans. If you're out of chicken, communicate it before people wait in line to order. Better yet, manage inventory so that a restaurant famous for chicken actually has chicken available. Disappointing service, poor planning, and honestly kind of absurd. I never thought I'd leave KFC thinking, "Wow, I should have gone somewhere else for chicken."

  Wonderful service here. The staff are super friendly and are always quick and accurate.

  Food was as expected - except the portions seem to be suffering from shrinkflation. Staff were horrible. Counter service appeared to be a bother. Lead in the back berating a staff member in front of customers. Do better! Be professional in the way you treat everyone, do the right thing, the right way. There is no excuse to be disrespectful, let alone in front of others and customers.
