  This one worker I didn’t catch his name, but he messed my order up a couple times when I ordered online. I didn’t have time to go back in to get the sub fixed and I was looking forward to having my sub after a long day of work, I was very disappointed and displeased when I opened up the sub and it was the wrong order.

  Very bad service provided by kelvin. Was thinking that he doesnot like to work. Was explaing him things but was giving tanturms .hope to never come back and saying everyone not to go if service is like this.

  The sub maker Messed up grandsons order. She argued with me after her mistake. They should have given me the daily discount but she wouldn't. Very upset that she would argue with me in front of other customers. Wont be back. Hire people that understand client may not always be right but at least listen to us

  Not once, but twice I have ordered online and both times I have received NO cheese on my sub, the order clearly states cheese on it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but never again.
