- LMLance M1 day ago1.0Gonna have to check my order more often as the staff can't do their job. Ordered a 10 PC family meal for the family. The meal had everything in the bag except for the fries. I didn't know till I got home which is an hour away. Disappointed

I arrived around 1:15 AM and waited at the order speaker for over 15 minutes, repeatedly trying to get someone’s attention, but no one responded. Finally, at 1:26 AM, someone answered and told us they were closed. When I pointed out that the posted hours say they’re open until 2 AM, I was told they were “out of fries,” so they decided to close early. They also mentioned they didn’t notice us waiting because they were cleaning. This is extremely unprofessional. Running out of fries doesn’t justify closing the entire store early, and not noticing customers waiting in the drive-through for that long is unacceptable. There were at least two other cars behind us as well. Overall, this was a complete waste of time and very poor customer service. Really disappointed.
