  Ordered here many times and they are very inconsistent...Ive received my sandwich multiple times with extra items that ive paid extra for missing just like today...gave them many chances..I will go elsewhere for now on

  I love the Vito from JJs. Today I ordered one online, and to my disappointment discovered it had mayonnaise on it. I had not requested mayonnaise, nor any "other condiment, including the standard listed of oil and vinegar. I took the sandwich back and explained to the server that I did not want mayonnaise. He, and another worker, told me that mayonnaise was standard on the sandwich, and that I had specified "no sauce" which meant the oil and vinegar. Not happy, I left. I reviewed my order on the phone, and there was nothing in the description about mayonnaise on the sandwich. I went back in again and told the workers this, and they STILL insisted it was my fault, and that I had not selected things correctly. One offered to show me how to do the order on the app. I didn't need instruction. I needed a sandwich w/o mayonnaise. Finally they decided to just remake the sandwich, then threw it up on the counter, no bag, and i was on my way. Isn't the customer always right? Why did I have to explain myself for over 5 minutes to these SERVERS?????

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by Jimmy John’s today and had an absolutely fantastic experience! I tried the pickle sandwich (yes, you read that right - a pickle as the bread!), and I was blown away. It’s the perfect option if you’re looking for something low-carb and refreshingly different. The pickle was crisp, the fillings were fresh, and everything was perfectly balanced. It’s one of those menu items that sounds wild but totally works. The owner was working today and couldn’t have been nicer. They took the time to chat with me about the menu, made genuine recommendations, and you could really tell they care about their customers and their business. That kind of personal touch is rare these days and made the whole visit feel special. I also have to mention how impeccably clean the restaurant was. The dining area, counters, and even the soda station were spotless. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the place, which says a lot about the quality standards here. If you’re looking for quick, fresh, and delicious sandwiches with friendly service in a clean environment, this Jimmy John’s is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend! 🥒🥖

  We have ordered from this store many times and the food has always been good but not so much this time. They left things out on my sandwich which I could have dealt with but there was only like maybe 2 pieces of meat and lots of cheese (even tho I didn’t order extra) and one small squirt of mustard in the middle. My husband also said his sandwich was normally very good and he did not like it this time. He has tons and tons of mayo on his, way more than the normal amount.
