    Nunca abia estado en un chipotle pero la comida se me hizo muy comun como la que tengo en el refrigerador para recalentar no me gusto la verdad esa es mi opinion claro hay personas que si les puede gustar en mi opinion

    Let me start by saying. I’m a Chipotle fan. It’s my favorite place to eat. I’ve been eating here since 2001. I even worked for them 2001-2002. I was excited to hear a new chipotle was opening because the Yuba City Store is so bad. I’ve watched them stir in old cooked chicken into fresh chicken that wasn’t fully cooked. I’ve had employees try to fight me simply for asking for a bottle of Tabasco. So when they announced a new store I was so happy. Problem is. I’ve been here 4 times. And each time. I’ve had an issue. First issue was. I placed a mobile order for the chipotlane. I pulled up, told the lady my name. And she hands me an empty soda cup and tells me I have to park and get my drink and order inside. Ugh no? You have a soda machine - foot behind you. Why do I need to come in for you to hand me my order I placed online. That’s the entire point of the chipotle and mobile ordering. When I told her I was disabled and that wasn’t gonna happen. She rolled her eyes at me and told me I couldn’t have my order unless I came inside to get it. Yeah I just drove off and called corporate. Who are about as worthless as could be. They acted like refunding my order and no apology was such a blessing. Like no, you need to refund me. Go watch the tape in the lane. Second time I came in the wait was so long and the restaurant was so dirty and there was 2 customers in the entire store. None of the employees smiled. They all looked miserable and they still managed to give me someone else’s order even though I walked them through making it. Not sure how that happens. Third time they were out of everything. Sour cream. Salsa. Chicken. Fajitas. Store looked like WW3. The back table was so disgusting. I tried to take a photo. But all the miserable looking employees were just standing around in the way. Fourth time. Three Customers ahead of my wife and I and it took almost 30 minutes to get to order. This was at 8:30 pm. By the time we got to order there was 15 people behind us. The ladies looked so mad to be working. They half assed rolled my wife’s burrito and gave attitude when you asked a question. The back table again. Was absolutely filthy and disgusting. The lady cooking the chicken was literally burning it. And when she was chopping it. There was so much debris from prior food prep and rice and just filth. And it was acceptable to let the world see this. Have some pride in what you do. No one’s forcing you to work there. It’s harder to do a half ass job than to do it the right way. The line was gross. Sour cream had all the salsas and corn and guacamole in it. Someone’s gonna get sick. It won’t be me. Lucky I wasn’t able to snap a pic or video. But management can simply look at tape on all those cameras. 8:20-840 April 6th. Have fun being disappointed. The GM or regional manager who used to work at the Chico store. He’s great. Other than that. My wife has told me she will never eat there again. Same goes for me. Also. How is a burrito $18 on the app. And $11 in store? Makes no sense. I’m good off chipotle. I’ll stick to the Chico store or the loemans plaza location in Sacramento.

    Brought whole family here (three kiddos), all excited about new location. Was welcomed by the Manager Kat (at first wouldn’t even tell me her name) who was HORRIBLE!!! Her customer service was super unprofessional and made my kids SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE!! They were scared to ask her questions or answer anything with how aggressive she was being!! If this is the standard for this location, we will not be returning!! So sad. Hope others do not experience such horrific service. AVOID BY ALL MEANS!!! Thanks.

    I was so excited for this location to open. The young man who took my order had a really bad attitude and when I asked for things like can I have the sauteed veggies please! He rolled his eyes like I was asking him to detonate a world bomb. Another girl who helped out took over on the second half of the line and was was super pleasant and nice! I feel like this kid was being forced by his parents to have a job that he didn't want. I get it. It's all good, but I was so excited for this new location with employees who actually wanted to be there. I don't really want to go back because I felt like I was asking someone to give up their left kidney for some extra rice.

    With the small portions they give here, I won’t be back. Nobody greets customers as they enter, the place is already poorly cleaned for them to have so many staff. The first thing you notice is the doormat at the front door filthy. drinks not stocked and because nobody feels like doing tasks that make their day harder they stop serving items that run out instead of refilling them.
