I ordered online and I ordered a meal deal, I didn't know you had a choice between chips or cookies, I ordered baked lays and asked in the instructions if they could make the chips BBQ, you don't get that choice whilst ordering. I went to pick up my order and the Hispanic man behind the counter embarrassed me by accusing me of trying to get both the cookies and the chips. Everyone in line could hear him. My sandwich was heated when I didn't ask for it to be heated and my chips were shoved in the bag and crushed. What is wrong with this employee? Why would you treat customers this way? Needless to say I won't go back.
