- MKMartha KarDec 13, 20251.0I went to the drive through. When I pulled up to the menu, everything on it was Hazelnut something or the other. There was a young lady taking orders in person. I asked her if they could make tree nut free coffees. She said they could not. Then, she wanted to argue me into ordering something. She was confused and contradicting herself about whether they can make tree nut free coffee. She even went to get someone else to argue with me and was coming back out with her as the car in front of me had moved and I was pulling away. I am severely allergic to tree nuts. If they have hazelnuts in most of their products, it is probably all over their kitchen. I do not understand why people think they need to argue a potential customer into ordering something that could be life threatening.

Was there 30 minutes past pickup time waiting and watched others order and get their drinks before me. Everyone at this location is always super nice and friendly though, and the drinks are made well.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
