- TGTanae GabotDec 11, 20253.0This is a honest review after multiple times of eating at this place since they opened. At first, within the year-two years since they started serving, they were great. The food was warmed, good to taste and a lot of grease. The purpose of this review is to let you know it is just like any other burger, chicken joint that serves fries, soda in bottle and fountain, and when they feel like it, shakes. Here is what prompted this review: this is the third time coming after work craving a burger and milk shake with real ice cream. Guess what? Each time was a reason they weren’t doing shakes-“sorry we aren’t doing shakes”, “the machine isn’t working right now actually” and then “sorry we aren’t doing shakes right now”! Ruined the experience and excitement to eat here. This time around my partner asked if they stopped serving shakes after 7p because each time we have come for a shake specifically, unable to enjoy one. The response she gave “oh no, it’s cause there is no more ice cream and not enough of us to scoop more.” Customer service is dead.
