- OGOfficer GrimesDec 26, 20251.0Honestly McDonald in Marina California need to speak to there evening shift leader and manager, they both worry about chatting with the employees while customer wait for there food and still hold the food in hand to ragin bait a customer in getting upset for a laughter after they leave. They need to be retrained or new leader and manager to reinsurer that the customer has great customer services and is not waiting around especially when they order a head of time and still have to wait for the food like if they were walk in. No point in order by the app of the customer still has to wait and there are still slow with customer to still have them waiting. It’s bad for the McDonald imagine, the owner of this McDonald and in over all for the rest of the staff that getting include when they actually do care and put that effort. If McDonald view there security cameras they will see what I mean. In not the first time it’s happen to me but after I asked the Mexican shift or manger with the black spots under his eyes he just turn around walk away and just said he was waiting for the frying but just had the holding in his hand 12/26 around 720-730pm.
