- RLRose L.Jan 13, 20261.0I placed an online pickup order for a little burger combo. My burger included mushrooms, which I did NOT request. I called and asked to speak to the manager. The male person who picked up the phone said he was the manager and as I began to tell him that my order was wrong he told me that he thought I was a prank phone caller and hung up on me. I tried calling two more times and they would not answer. This is no way to run a business.

- ESEvan SMar 2, 20191.0Don't get me wrong I love 5 guys, but my latest experience at this location was less than acceptable. First I tried to do a web order, which I usually do, and for whatever reason it wouldn't let me complete my purchase, so I decided I would call in my order . I placed my order for 3 burgers and 2 fries and went down there to pick them up. When I got there the girl at the counter asked the grill person if my order was complete and he looked at her all crazy like "I didn't get that order" So..... I had to place my order again. They assured me that they would make my order first so I wouldn't have to wait so long being it was their mistake my order got misplaced. I then proceeded to wait until everyone else's order before mine got finished and even the person behind me was done before mine... So much for them getting mine done first! I ended up waiting a total of 20 minutes after I got there for them to make my food and was not given a discount or extra food (they always put extra fries in the bag anyways so I don't count that) to make up for the mistake. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received and would reccomend going elsewhere if you're planning on going out to eat for lunch on a Saturday they do not seem organized or efficient when things get a little busy.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
