Each time, no matter what, they are always so helpful and nice! I've seen other people get mad before, but please understand that these are good people that work here. Just talk to them and give them a chance if they make a mistake. Patience and understanding will go a long way... once a free frosty and 10% off my order long of a way. P.S.
