- CCCarinaNov 15, 20251.0It was around 8 pm and we wanted to purchase a cake from the bakery. We asked an employee that happened to be a manager her name was Amanda. She was very rude and condescending. She basically said Well you can't get that one you'll have to get one out here. She didn't even look at us when she responded she didn't even acknowledge us. I will never go to this store for anything. This is the manager can you imagine how the employees are with a Manager that behaves in this way. She's supposed to be leading by example. Absolutely ridiculous. I would give this store zero stars, but it's not possible to do so. The issue with the cake was that she basically couldn't go back there and just hand it to us. The atmosphere was very tense we were followed after asking for a manager to see if we could get assisted and then it happened to be her so no assistance was given. Their selection of cakes outside was unreal they had hardly no cakes and a bunch of pies. I don't understand why advertise cakes that you cant sell because the bakery closes at 7 pm. Now closing at 7 pm is even more ridiculous. What about people that work?
