  This Mcdonalds is seriously lacking. Terrible wait times and the food is always done horribly. You would think after having to take loses for the first time, Mcdonalds Corprate would lock down on franchisees that run places like this.

  I asked my wife to grab me a Bacon Hot Honey McCrispy meal. And the picture shows what I got. Fries, a drink, and a McCrispy sandwich with no bacon, no crispies, just a piece of chicken, lettuce and sauce. Then, I tried to call to let them know, and I got nothing but a busy signal. I had to wait for everybody to eat their food for my wife to return and replace my sandwich. It leaves you hangry. When the wife came back, they only replaced the Chicken Sandwich and the second attempt had bacon, and specks of jalapeno crispies, specks (see picture). Second picture is the second attempt, terrible. Does my McCrispy look anything like the McDonald's picture? As an update to this review, I have been contacted by corporate McDonald's. I sent them their form as they requested. I did receive a form email of apology with no compensation for my time. I was also contacted by this McDonald's locations manager. Unfortunately, I was busy and they left a voicemail to return the call. I have tried and have received nothing but a busy signal. The same as when I tried to call with my complaint of the food originally. I will keep this updated.

  Ordered curbside pick up. Showed up a few minutes after and was watching the food tracker on my app. Eventually after a few more minutes, the tracker stopped and it gave me my receipt. I was confused since I haven’t received my order at my car.. so I waited few more minutes. Then after 20 minutes, I went inside and my drinks were in the carrier on the counter by the door, but my food was not there. I asked an employee for help and she gave me my food that was sitting in the warming station in the kitchen! I assume they forgot about my curbside order; and left it there. This was frustrating. They’re so unorganized here.

  I ordered food on the app to pickup drive thru. we went there I told them my order she told me my total and wants me to come to first window. I was waiting there for 10-12 minutes I can see her walking inside. She put her hands in her jacket pocket and walking. She checked me for 4-5 times and didn’t pay attention. When I went to second window I Told the girl about her behavior, She shut the window on my face. This is my first time going there. Very bad attitude and behavior. Never going back.
