I used the Mobile App and drove over to pick up my order. Pulled in the lot and told the App my parking space number. They brought me my order but failed to give me my fries. I also checked the food and it was cold. So I went inside and let them know and asked them to remake it. The fries were hot, but the rest of it was still cold. I dont think they remade it. Seems like drive-thru is the best way to get hot food if your going to pick it up, however it seems most fast food places seem to get your order wrong. You must check your order before you drive away. And to think they get paid $20 bucks an hour!

The manager is rude loud very unprofessional. She couldn't find the ticket for my mobile order so she refused to give me my food even after I showed her my confirmation email. After leaving me standing there for over 15min she said I haven't checked this machine let me check it. There my ticket was hanging out of it. Embarrassed she went got my food sat it down in front of me and walked off. The biscuit was hard stale and cold like it was old. I won't go back to this location until she's replaced. Don't waste your money here.

This place is horrible I went to their drive through 2 times and one my food was cold or my food was not cooked fresh and fries hard and over cooked when a manager stated something another said no there can’t do that they are true to there word and is not providing client satisfaction would not go here again
