- RDRaul DiazOct 27, 20251.0Horrible experience please send someone to teach some of the employees customer service skills. They were being rude the entire time. I’m sure some of the employees do a good job and can’t help what their coworkers do but it’s not cool what happened to us.

- JLJoe LooOct 10, 20255.0I went down to this store inside the Great Wolf Lodge as soon as it opened to avoid the crowd and to get the best selection of doughnuts. We bought a half a dozen bagels, a dozen doughnuts, and a couple of cups of coffee. The touch pad kiosk program was very clear in how to specify my order as far as which bagels should be toasted. There was an option to select your preferred doughnuts at the counter, so that was nice. As soon as I paid, the counter person called me over to select my doughnuts. The bagels were ready in a reasonable amount of time. (I had to go back down after I got back to the room after realizing they didn't include a knife for spreading the cream cheese). The staff was very courteous and helpful. It was a better experience than those experiences others wrote about for this Dunkin' location.
