I asked if I can have guacamole at no charge since they were out of so many items, and the lady told me no and gave me an attitude. She brought out her supervisor for me and she gave me even more attitude in front of my children so I left. A restaurant is expected to be fully stocked with menu items until close time. I understand if they were out of one thing but multiple items that are needed in order for a burrito to be considered a burrito is unacceptable. Those girls could have at least held back all the attitude and apologized for being out of the items but they were completely rude about it as if it were my fault that they were out of food

What a lack of customer service. The problem with Uber eats or DoorDash is this place doesn’t care if it’s right or wrong because the customer isn’t in front of them so you get a waste of a meal and money like this.
