As time has gone by seems the quality has gone down the dough is per stretched and out on a rack even when not busy and I believe it sits too long because my pizza is always flat and has a bad taste to it. I’m in the store now and the dough looks over proofed. I know this because I too work in a pizza store for over 8 years so I know what I’m talking about and it always happens when a lady with long hair and eye lashes works she always wears a jacket and her sleeves always touch the dough. If this keeps up I’m gonna have to look out for to get my food, which is sad cause it’s not that hard to take care of the food
