  If I could leave 0 stars I would. This chipotle sucks, they CONSISTENTLY get my order wrong and give me soft tacos when I ask for crunchy ones, don’t even mention that they don’t have any crunch tacos so I could switch to something else. They consistently make me wait 20 minutes past the order pick up time on the app. They always run out of steak and don’t tell me and then switch my meat without asking my opinion. This place is always awful. Go to any other chipotle possible.

  This is my go to location and the last few times there has only been 1 server out front and a cashier. So the slow server is filling the whole order with no support from anyone. Today there were 12 people in line and I waited to see if anyone would assist the server no one did so I left. Thank goodness there is another Chipotle across town. Where there were 3 people serving. Please schedule more people.

  We placed an order for two bowls, one steak burrito, and four tacos. Unfortunately, the bowls were under-portioned, and the burrito didn’t have any steak in it at all, not even one pice! We attempted to call the store multiple times, but no one answered. This was a frustrating experience, and based on this visit, it was not worth the money. We will not be ordering from here again.

  Ordered delivery from Chipotle and was seriously disappointed. The portion sizes were nowhere near what you get in-store. Both bowls were noticeably underfilled, and the burrito barely had any meat in it at all — it felt like mostly rice and wrap. I just finished eating the burrito and there was literally no meat in it, even though I paid for extra meat. That’s beyond frustrating. It honestly makes you wonder what’s going on with portions — are they being told to cut back that much? For the price you’re paying, this just isn’t acceptable. If you’re thinking about ordering delivery, be aware that you might not get the same value or portion sizes as you would in person. Definitely not worth it this time.
