It’s rare to find a team that not only delivers great service but also creates such a positive and fun atmosphere. You can really tell how well they work together. Their team dynamic is effortless, upbeat, and makes the whole space feel elevated and inviting. Everyone was incredibly polite, detail-oriented, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. This team truly makes Alfred’s what it is. I’ll absolutely be coming back because of them—couldn’t recommend them more!

But the barista ruined it for me , she slammed my drink so hard , it almost spilled . She didn’t even apologize. Just rolled her eyes and walked away .

Even when it gets really busy, he does a great job keeping the line moving quickly and efficiently. One time my order was wrong and when I asked if it could be remade, he didn’t hesitate and took care of it right away. Overall he’s just really friendly and makes the experience here even better.
