  I think it's absolutely ridiculous to be charged full soda price for a water. I work at a convenience store part-time. So I understand charging for the cup but to make money off of water from the tap is absurd! Both Taco bells on Howard and Cleveland have lost my business because of this I will never eat there again.

  Imagine saying your open till 1am “Howard” then going at 12:40am just for them to not even take the order or say there closed. I’ve worked in fast food so I hope your manager puts this comment up.

  The people making the food failed to follow instructions. Causing the store to steal money from me. I ordered a taco and added beans for an extra .80. Instead of adding beans to my taco, they substituted beans. This was done on 2 tacos that costed 80 cents each for a total of $1.60 plus tax stolen from me.
