  Horrible customer service, took my credit card and started prepping next customers order, they were not friendly at all it seemed like they just wanted to leave and not do anything, then she said no receipt available.

  The people making the food failed to follow instructions. Causing the store to steal money from me. I ordered a taco and added beans for an extra .80. Instead of adding beans to my taco, they substituted beans. This was done on 2 tacos that costed 80 cents each for a total of $1.60 plus tax stolen from me.

  I've been coming to this taco bell for 20 years plus already at 9:30 on 12/29/25 manager Johnny fixed my order he shows really good and great leadership when a order is not made correct The manager Johnny fixed it and manages taco bell taco bell on Howard really neat good how a manager should do the manager Johnny deserves a raise
