- M2Michael 21Sep 5, 20251.0Disappointment after disappointment with this particular location, first time I ordered online at this location the lady said the order didnt pop up and that she couldn't make my order even though I showed her the app my name my order and everything with proof I paid yet she wouldn't accept anything bc it didn't "pop up" but guess what after waiting for 40 minutes trying to find a way to get my money back she finds my receipt 🤦🏽♂️ 40 MINUTES LATER OF WAITING!!! And just today they said my order was ready for pickup so I went and this dude came out of nowhere to check if it was the correct sandwich didn't let me say anything just opened my bag and sandwich and it turns out they gave me the wrong one so now I have to wait additional time to get my correct sandwich which I've already been waiting for, for 30 minutes place is nice and clean just the staff is incredibly unprofessional. Only reason I came back was due to the location being convenient since I reside nearby, never again.
