  I placed an order for two pizzas on 03/30/2026, and one of them was given to us completely uncut. While the top layer appeared to have cut marks, the bread itself was not cut at all. When we attempted to serve the pizza, the entire thing lifted out of the box because no slices were separated. I called the store at 8:53 PM the same evening to report the issue. The employee who answered apologized and said they were busy, but that is not an acceptable explanation for sending out an uncut pizza. She also stated there was nothing they could do because the toppings were correct, the order was complete, and the food had left the store. I explained that the pizza only appeared cut on top and that the dough was never sliced. I asked how my family and friends were expected to eat an uncut pizza, especially when we were not at home and did not have a pizza cutter. "Did they expect us all to just eat this like a taco and pass it around?" Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She joked, “Well, they do that in New York,” implying we should fold and share it, which is both unsanitary and unrealistic. People order food for convenience, not to struggle to eat it. I reported this to Domino’s corporate, and they informed me the issue was escalated to the local franchise owner. Unfortunately, no one from the franchise ever contacted me or showed any concern for the situation. This entire experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed a complete lack of customer care. My family and I will not be returning, and I will be sharing this experience with friends and coworkers.

  Thank you Martin for the professional delivery experience and Gabrielle for the on point chef skills. There isn't a tip option in the app but I do think dominoes should add one so it's easier to make sure we can leave a tip for the people doing there job well.

  the worker with strech ears and black mask doesnt talk at all always with an attitude. Asked for help and all that lady did was stare at me and point, first time experience too and tossed the damn pizza boxes

  Every time I go here I’m always greeted. I’ve sent my kids in and they’re also always greeted not ignored like some other known pizza places. I love reading all the walls, the chalkboard is welcoming. You can’t dine in unfortunately. Everyone has such an awesome attitude that works there. Out of all the years we’ve been buying pizza here(lots of buying) there’s only been 2 times pizza wasn’t to our liking. I’ve called and told them and they’ve either brought me a new order to my house and the other time. They gave me a full order not just a pizza replacement. I have 6 kids plus our extended families so our orders are huge. Fernando is one of the managers there he’s always so sweet. Knows me by name that’s a plus, he remembers my toppings for my personal pizza. Before Fernando became manager he use to deliver very helpful would help carry all my items to my door it was a lot. Rebecca, Randy, and Nathaniel all have delivered my orders with such respect. Recently all 3 had delivered my orders in the fog and it was bad here this year. I can’t remember (please forgive me) but my son had got our orders from one of the guy drivers and he brought all our stuff to the door. My son grabbed them from him said thank you but couldn’t close the front door. The guy asked do u want me to close it? My son said yes. I’m very thankful they’re really great people. Whoever is hiring them has done a great job. I also just placed an order We love any of the crusts, my kids love the pepperoni and the garlic crust. My kids evenly distribute the bread bites and cinnamon bites. Coke, Sprite and Mr. Pibb is always perfectly cold. My personal is regular bacon, pineapple, and pepperoni, sometimes with jalapeños. If I could give 10 stars this is my place out of all pizza places in town PH use to be my favorite it’s went downhill my opinion and overpriced. All their extra charges no thanks I’m sticking with Dominos Pizza Thank you for baking our pizzas to perfection. Oh yes one more thing the local deals and coupons love them for that!

  I ordered online, and at pickup the staff told me the order would be ready in 2 minutes. I ended up waiting 45 minutes. They didn’t even start making the pizza until about 35 minutes later. If they had been honest about the wait time, I wouldn’t have paid or waited that long. This was a complete waste of time and reflects very poor customer service.
