- RLRegina LopezApr 5, 20261.0Shit service. We came in with 9 ppl and we kept getting passed to different workers. They kept taking other pple before us. We were here for over 20 minutes to get help. One of the worker helped his friend before us. This is so ridiculous. I have never been in a Baskin Robin's where the workers didn't know how to help a big crowd of ppl. Not cool at all. Very unprofessional!!

I asked for an ice cream and with that I asked her if she can put pistachio sauce and those crumbles in it she said they don’t do that those are not toppings I mean seriously then why u put those in toppings section . I always come here and everyone else add that to my order and charge me extra for that but she always says no even tho I told her that I will Pay for it . Never coming back to this store . She needs to learn some basic customer service. I mean what’s wrong in it when customer is paying u for that . Extremely disappointing.

Staff was too busy complaining about having to make Banana splits. We waited for a bit until we had to speak up to get service. Unfortunately this was not the first time we've experienced this type of service. A 'Hi' and a smile goes a long way.
- KPKristina PerezMar 16, 20263.0Today I went in to buy a banana royal at baskin robbins in Madera. When they made it this time they put all the banana slices on top of the ice cream. When I told them I wanted my bananas on the bottom of the ice cream like they always make it they told me they weren't allowed to do it that way anymore. The new manger they have told them they had to do it with all the banana slices on top or they would get in trouble even if we asked to put it on the bottom. I personally don't think that's right. We are paying customers and we should be allowed to get it how we like. So new manager in the baskin robbins in Madera let us get our ice cream made the way we like. We are the ones paying for it. Even the display you have inside shows it with the bananas on the bottom.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
