They don’t offer bananas in their mobile orders, so you can only get strawberry smoothies or mango smoothies instead of the strawberry/banana or mango/banana, and my biggest complaint is they NEVER blend their smoothies fully. There’s always ice chunks in them and I have to finish blending them myself. And occasionally I’ll get a smoothie that isn’t my full all the way—like a few inches down from the top not full. It’s kind of ridiculous. I order here every week… wish they’d put more effort. Disappointing because I love their smoothies here when they’re made well.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
