Not only are the counter people not willing to take your order on the counter (especially when they are just standing around the registers) they rudely tell you to use the kiosk. After you order the food a gentleman was yelling out orders tossing the food on a counter (maybe 1X1 foot space) and turning his back on the food. I mean if I wasn't an honest person I would just walk right up to the counter not order any food and just walk off with any bag I wanted. Not only is the counter he was putting the food on was very limited space, all bags were just left open and not sealed. The lobby where people where waiting for their food was chaotic and nobody at the resteraunt seemed to care about their job one bit. I left there with the feeling of "Worse McDonald's visit/Worse McDonald's ever. I think Higher ups need to come down and hang out under cover for just 5 minutes to see the chaos.
