She was professional, welcoming, and seemed to genuinely care about both the customers and her team. It’s always nice to see a manager actively involved and making sure everything runs smoothly. My meal didn’t taste fresh, and the ingredients seemed poorly prepared. The most alarming issue was that I actually found a small metal screw in my food. This is a serious safety concern and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. Unfortunately, I had placed my order through the drive-through, so I wasn’t able to immediately go back inside and inform the staff at the time. Because of that, I submitted a complaint through Chipotle’s website to report the issue. Overall, the experience left me very concerned about both the food quality and safety. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves both their food safety practices and customer service to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers.
