  I tried to go here the other day but saw a people being harassed as I was walking in. I definitely have safety concerns as a woman going here.

  The manager allows people to sit outside of his store and harass people. Not a good place.

  As a multi-business owner, this place is one of the worst run grocery stores in the country. I stopped going years ago. My wife wanted to stop by to grab something. On our way in we were harassed by man (non worker) who was sitting by the door, obviously for a long time. I complained to a worker who called the manager. Here's where the problem elevated. The ignorant uneducated manager came and he didn't care there were several people outside stealing his water and that we were harassed by one of them. One of them smelled so bad it made me sick. A manager or a business that allowed this type of behavior from employees and management is a failed business. Residents should boycott this store becaue they put your safety last. Several of our lawyers were notify, and This place will be getting a lawsuit.

  This is my neighborhood Vons have been coming here some years and I can’t believe how much it’s declined. I came two days in a row with no open cash registers only self checkout. The fruits and vegetables are no longer of good quality. Don’t know if management changed or what is causing the decline. Can’t wait for the new Sprouts!

  Hello I am writing a complaint that I don't due ever but feel like this one was a big mistake on the bakery's end. On my first attempt to order a specialized cake for my husband/s 50th Goth Party, I was told to come back after Valentines. My second attempt, Lilly wasn't there so I went back the next day as I was told she is in charge of these orders. Then, I called the bakery to ensure the manager, Lilly was there so I drove over. I never met Lilly but instead Nelson took my order and went back and forth to speak to "Lilly" to take my order. I waited patiently there for at least 45 minutes for Nelson to get my order written out correctly. He went back and forth to speak to Lilly and made adjustments to my order. He even drew a picture of the cake that I wanted, then gave me the paper work. I payed for the cake at the front register and did not keep the reciept as I was not told to keep it for pick up by Nelson. I sent my cousin to pick up the cake on the Feb 28th with the cake order paperwork. Long story short, the order was never placed, I wasted so much time placing this order for Nelson to not even keep his copy to turn in, therefore no order placed because he didn't keep his copy?? I don't know for sure. In the end, my cousin was there with my paper copy of my order for a long time too trying to figure this all out. No apology. She was told it was our fault for keeping the wrong copy of the cake order. So I paid for a cake that was never made, order never placed, and no apology. I still have the cake order taken by NELSON who I was very patient with but this employee didn't have the knowledge to take the order accurately. I wanted to speak to Lilly but never got to. What a mess and a waste of time.
