  Went to The Stand in Century City for a quick lunch. I preordered and paid, it said 20 minutes or so to be ready. This was at noon, so 20 minutes to fill the order was fine. I understand that the lunch rush can be crushing. I head over and walk in about 10 minutes after I ordered and it was already on the Pick Up shelves. I am glad that I headed there quick or it would have been sitting for possibly too long to be fresh. I ate on the large and very clean patio. Maybe half the tables were taken. Plenty of seating there! The burger was very tasty, not really hot, but definitely not cold. Some of the juices had leaked on to the bun, had I waited longer, the bottom bun may have been saturated and hard to eat. But I picked it up in time. I got the Jalapeno Bacon Burger. Good flavor profile, with just a little bite to it. Enough for a small meal. I did see the salads there, and they are fairly large. I will probably get one the next time I go. The line moves quick, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The restaurant is very clean and well decorated.
