  Such a great dinner and amazing service too!! Highly highly recommend the Yak Chili! I was skeptical, but the yak meat was so tender and flavorful! And the woman serving us also said it’s a nice lean meat! And she was just as great as the meal!! She was very sweet and kind, thanking us for coming in, helping us with recommendations, etc. Sadly we don’t live super close, but even still, we’ll be back!

  We have dined in and ordered out many times. We had a visitor and we ordered Tara’s for their last meal in LA. Everyone is going to sleep with their favorite comfort food tonight. I can taste all the love that Tara puts into the food and am very grateful for it.

  I only do take out from Tara's because I'm the only one in my family who regularly craves Himalayan/Indian food. [I'm working on persuading the rest of the family.] Every time I come, my first thought is "why don't I eat here more often?" It smells amazing the moment I step through the door. On the ride home, the car fills with rich aromas. And of course the payoff is eating. Always very delicious. I had to wait a little bit because they made my naan fresh. I'm not complaining. I have eaten only off the vegetarian menu, but it has all been excellent.

  We were group of 8 people visiting from San jose looking for a comfortable place for dinner while returning from Santa Monica beach. Found this restaurant on the way back to our airbnb accomodation. Found every food items truely authentic nepali taste. Perfect taste and very fast service with very good service. The owner Tara was serving herself with authentic nepalese smile. Strongly recommend for authentic Nepalese and indian cuisine.
